It’s difficult to get in touch with the front office, you call 1,000 times or even go in and no one is there so you wait at least 15 minutes. And again, there were two. Dont move in here.

We love our apartment and our view is breathtaking. Moving from out of state, I felt well taken care of by staff. The only reason ANYONE lives here is the location. !Great introduction to the community so far. Have lived here over a year water is constantly being shutoff with or without warning often in the morning when people are trying to get ready for work.
Would be better if both parking garages were private and if dogs consistently worked.We have lived here for almost a month now, we have fallen in love with our apt, the community-neighborhood, and the property!!! Too many issues for it to be worth it

At 12:15pm the next day, this is what the staff sent around in an email (note: there wasn't an actual manager's name to take responsibility). Lovely apartment with more spacious of floorplan than expected for my budget in the Highlands area. Everything I need is near by , everyone at the commons office it extremely helpful! So any guests that visit have to search for parking then pay $10. Act now and your $24.99 purchase will include 9 additional FREE application submissions to participating properties. The location is great, and the apartments themselves are decent, but poorly constructed and sloppily maintained. Constant theft. Moving in sucks as here is no convenient way or parking spots, again the front office is no help in offering advice. No response. Your shopping, dining, entertainment options are limitless! We will continue to work with you to find to a resolution; however we dispute the claims made in the reviews. Thank you, WORST APARTMENT BUILDING EVER. The fire alarms go off for no reason, almost always in the middle of the night, and usually more than once per night that it happens, which is at least once a month. We offer the very best in location and convenience. It is located on the southeast side of Platte St. between 17th St. and 16th St. Was this helpful? My only complaint would be with the valet trash. I'm currently paying over $1,900 for a 1 bedroom after you add in all of the extra charges; parking, trash valet, trash rebill, water rebill.. Websites are required by law to gain your consent before applying cookies. That's what tricked all of the rest of us as well. I honestly would not wish it on anyone.
The building is aging, but the owner is making improvement efforts. As the new community manager, I want to hear from residents so I can share it with the team and improve the resident experience.
