I have sent FOUR emails requesting shipping information and have received NO replies. Love this purchase. I ordered a car cleaning device. I'm glad I did not process multiple orders at first and wanted to see how they are going to stand by their product.I hope I succeed in saving even ONE person the HEADACHE of dealing with these SCAMMERS - no one to answer the number on their website, no replies to multiple emails... LIFE IS TOO SHORT & these guys are a SCAM!! Thankyou for your service I think it's great.

This is OBVIOUSLY A BOGUS COMPANY!! Tracking still says China. -unhappy customer. The website said it is being worked on. The "fake" tracking number received in a subsequent email (after a negative review on FB but still not addressing the refund issue) shows that the items ordered have never left the continent of Asia (of which we were also unaware that items were not made or shipped in the US). I began searching online, and found their ridiculous Q&A regarding their orders and shipments, and it says that a customer "cannot cancel an order"! This company is real scam, and they should be sanctioned and put out of business.I wish I had never done business with them, and that I had taken time to check their reputation before ordering. Definitely a scam site. It was delivered shortly after placing my order. They were basically telling me it took 6 weeks to move less than 20 MILES! The only problem I have, which isn't a big problem, but I wish the item that I ordered would have shown up on the email that they sent saying it was shipped. To my dismay, FB was littered with complaints about Inspire Uplift. I continued to check daily with no change in tracking status. My story is pretty much the same as others here. The website was very easy to find what I was looking for. I’m still waiting for resolution.I ordered the item on April 25th. ... Our reviews are aggregated from multiple sources to give you the best overview about inspireuplift.com. It was no big deal but would have been nice to know. No offense! I then searched them on the Better Business Bureau and found complaint after complaint after complaint! YES- I understand there is a pandemic- and shipping was messed up- but this company does not have a policy to refund or cancel your order as long as they see you have something "in transit". Only purchase from this company if you do not mind waiting for over three months to receive your order. This was the best gift I could have bought myself..love the crystal in my bottle...very energizing..thank you for fast delivery as well! They seem to know who I am and where I live but, my middle name (Ellaxandra) was spelled wrong, they forgot my first last name (Armstrong) and spelled my second last name ( Stephens) wrong as well. It is useless this way. they charged my credit card and emailed me my tracking number.
Only purchase from this company if you do not mind waiting for over three months to receive your order. That has been my personal experience. Even days later my 1 star review for the slicers still not on their website. They must go away.I ordered Hallmark socks on December 9th for a Christmas gift. So, my advice to you- instead of wasting your time fighting with an unhappy customer and taking down their negative reviews- change your policy. !STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS....HITLER COMPANY AND EMAIL ME FOR DETAILS AT: All of you should be able to have your credit card company or bank reimburse the charges to you and reverse the charges back to these scamming criminals.
