But in another family it would have been her mother putting her on a diet, or making her get a make-up consultation. I feel Tanuja had it all the way.
And I must have checked Sujata out of the library dozens of times, but I haven’t seen that either. I won’t be surprised if she was the pampered child. And then it went away.
Nutan sister Tanuja also joined the movies for a successful film career.
Oh, and always daughters first and then sons.A final exciting footnote for the Bahl family, Rajnish Bahl, Nutan’s husband, was murdered in 2004!!!! His body was found wrapped in power cords. And became famous during a more media-heavy era, so there’s lots of interviews and stuff with her.
Nutan belonged to highly cultured and educated Marathi family.Her father Kumarsen Samarth was deputy publicity officer with Films division.Her mom Shobhna Samarth was a superb actress of her time.
