Earthquake and Dragon Claw/Dragon Rush are really good for Garchomp's STAB moves, and deal a good amount of damage. These allow it to sense its prey from a long distance. Fire Blast is for Ice Types. Dual Chop gets rid of Smeargle with Focus Sash. Earthquake lets you hit anything that resist your Dragon STAB, while being boosted by STAB. IRS Agent (Garchomp) @ Focus Sash/Groundium Z/Assault VestThis one's a fun one for doubles. It has red on its underbelly from the lower jaw to the middle of the abdomen, including the undersides of its arms. Iron Head, as said above, covers your 2 remaining weaknesses.
What do we have here? If he has high special attack, mabe have flamethrower to go against ice because it is more powerful than stone edge or brick break, but those arn't bad either.
