Man killed in police shooting after firing rounds from inside Hillsboro condo, authorities sayOfficials on Monday released the names of two police officers who Sgt. The shooting happened at a home near SW Lepley Lane and SW Midway Road in unincorporated Hillsboro. The Highland County Sheriff said 37-year-old Josh McLaughlin of Hillsboro shot and killed 33-year-old Sherry Walls in her home Friday evening.
