Honestly, I’m not super concerned with what the hell its called, it makes me feel great, and I’m steadily putting on the weight I’ve been working for. Hand delivered. I did the WOD Gear Team Series the weekend of the 17th, and turned around and did the Battleground Series I the next weekend.
