I understand this is an apartment and that unfortunately neighbors can be different from your home, but still. The company added this stupid valet trash (additional $25), on top of the community trash that I was already paying. 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. Fri. 10:00 am - 8:00 pm . Sat. Someone very rudely told my guest they couldn’t use the clubhouse bathrooms because “they’re for staff only”. When you call the front office they say there is nothing they can do and you just need to call the number on your trash can. The team specializes in attending to the patients needs rapidly, allowing for speedy recoveries and same-day discharges in the vast majority of our patients. Overall, if you prefer not to be ripped off, I would strongly recommend to look at the other apartments in this area.

North Park Surgical Institute is an outpatient ambulatory surgery center in Dallas. They require you to pay $25 alarm fee that does not even work. This place is a disappointment! That is laughable. Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY! Same with cigarettes, the butts are everywhere.
